Is that Manors Station at the bottom right of the photo? There's even less of it now if I remember right.

Its hard to believe how big a part of the transport scene it was, I think part of it was used for a couple of scenes in 'Get Carter' . I need to get up to Newcastle again, I haven't visited for a while.

We've lost a lot since these were taken - Manors Station should have remained imho. It's good though that we're now losing some of the awful concrete close to Swan House. Mind you, it could have been far worse - I've seen the original plans!
