Those items in question may be power transmission supports or part of an aerial tramway bringing ore to the mill.

I second the tramway concept. It would surprise me if those were electrical poles.

Those are tram lines. No reason there would be power lines coming from that direction (up the mountain). You can see the line entering into the tram room atop the mill building.
