  this is a great shot. makes me want to draw it even though I can't draw horses...:)

  this could be part of the 1912 LA rodeo staged at Santa Anita. In the other shots you see bunting on the fences, US flags, plus the cowboy roping, the silver decorated bridles. It all appears show oriented. These may well have been trick riders who performed tricks and stunts.

  This was one of the OV-10As used by VAL-4 "Black Ponies." They were the only OV-10 squadron who used the two-shot Zuni pods under the wings.

  The catalogue date has to be wildly inaccurate, by at least 20 years. I would guess early 1930s at the earliest.
