Florence Emily Gilbert, daughter of Mrs. Cyril P. W. Dugmore and the Henry Bramhall Gilbert (1861-1911), married Sgt. Russell Evans Tucker at her mother's Park Avenue home, April 1918. Possibly wife of Cyril Patrick William Francis Radclyffe Dugmore (May 20, 1882 – January 22, 1966) was a British track and field athlete who competed in the 1908 Summer Olympics.

As a note, this photo and other other images of Irving Brokaw skating held by the LOC are likely from the Book "The art of skating" written by Brokaw. You can see this image in the book on page 86 (archive.org/details/artofskating00brok/page/86). On Page 6 Brokaw's acknowledgement includes "Messrs. Doubleday, Page & Co., of Garden City, N.Y. for photographs." The earliest edition appears to be 1913 or 1912 on Worldcat. Archive.org has 1913 as the earliest.
