Apparently the filming of the Shirley Temple movie "Bright Eyes" (1934), which featured an American Airlines DC-2. That even appears to be Miss Temple being filmed in closeup looking out of the passenger window. Here is a promotion photo for the movie belonging to the SDASM's Arkansas Aviation Historical Society album featuring Temple and and an American Airlines DC-2: www.flickr.com/photos/sdasmarchives/31770057694/ See also: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bright_Eyes_(1934_film)
