Is that really Belmore park on the left? And is that railway access rd on the middle right where the tram is? Central looks barely like it does today, what year is this?

Central Station was opened in 1906 (replacing earlier stations on Devonshire Street). Later offices, a facade and tower were added (1921)

And later than 1913 with the Post Office Parcels Building (see note).
