Cool

I want some of those things !

This is a cropped version of an Agence Meurisse photo on the Gallica site, with the caption En Belgique : combats de Haelen et Diest : équipements de cavalerie allemande pris par les Belges [In Belgium: Battle of Haelen and Diest: German cavalry equipment taken by the Belgians] gallica.bnf.fr/ark:/12148/btv1b9041343h Publication date 1914

artolog: Thanks for pointing us to the original. We'll include the date and full, translated title next time we update the description.
