Grahame-White in the Nieuport was a winner in the second Harvard-Boston Aero meet on 9/5/11. (Photo is from the Bain Agency's 1911 photostream.) Real name Andre Conneau, but used Andre Beaumont name for racing

The New York Times reported one of Beaumont's air racing wins that year:

Lieut. Conneau, whose racing name is Andre Beaumont, won the 1,000-mile international circuit aviation race, which ended at the aviation field at Vincennes [France] to-day [July 7, 1911].

The moustachioed character with a flying hat seems to be Gabriel Espanet, French test-pilot (and student surgeon!), born Marseilles 14Feb1883...info by googling 'Espanet aviator'
