Can't imagine the life of that woman. Through this picture, I can see and think that at those times, poverty came to such a degree, that people had to do any thing to at least eat

Give it's June I'd agree it was the Hoppings but hard to spot any actual fairground rides in action. Perhaps they were in "setting up" mode?
