Apparently one of three railway guns (each mounting a 14-in/50" caliber naval gun) built by Baldwin Locomotive Works for the US Army (given the "U.S.A." markings; US Navy railway guns were marked "U.S.N" or "U.S. Navy") during the First World War. These were identical to the US Navy's Mark I railway guns. However, unlike the Navy's railway guns, the US Army's railway guns did not see combat. They were completed in September 1918 and not shipped to Europe prior to the Armistice. See: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/14%22/50_caliber_railway_gun
