This is George V of England, who traveled to India in December 1911 to be installed as King-Emperor of India. As a keen and expert shot, he was anxious for a hunting trip. After the ceremony in Delhi, he went north to Nepal. They look more like wrestlers than swimmers compared to today's standards. Note the well placed star on the swim trunks.
