    He does look well and it is nice to put a face to a name. Obviously he and the wife made a good combination. That is a very historic chain around his neck, a symbol of British rank and station yet one that should be treasured for the connections with our country down the centuries!     Neither, this is a MoS 35, a late war trainer used widely in the early post war period. Note that instead of struts, wires are used, and the wing lacks sweepback.
