Hi, I'm an admin for a group called Consolidated Aircraft, and we'd love to have your photo added to the group.

This was later the boat ramp for Officers stationed at NAS Corpus Christi. The Hangar was a "boat barn".

Growing up during World War II, I was struck by the beautiful lines of the Catalina. I daydreamed about having my own some day, and flying to romantic islands. Then I saw one at an airshow, and was surprised at how small it was inside. Spartan, too, like all military aircraft. Still a beautiful sight to the eyes, though.

Great historical photo...thank you for sharing. Randy
