How odd. I have this as a postcard from 1991 (it was one of a series which were given away by Mars Confectionery in the run-up to the Barcelona/Albertville Olympics in 1992) but the text appears to be in a slightly different font. The spacing is different. Both appear to have hand-drawn text. Phil.

The license for this poster says "No known restrictions". Yet the deccription says "Its design is a copyright of the International Olympic Committee.". Can you tell me which is correct please? So are there any restrictions on this poster image at all?

The rings are the protected intellectual property of the IOC / BOA which makes re-use difficult, however they were happy to allow the poster's use here in a 'collections' context. Yes, amazing. Nowadays, the Stone of Scone is no longer there, having been repatriated to Scotland: www.royal.gov.uk/output/page2015.asp The rest of the chair can be seen in Westminster Abbey, and will surely feature during the next Coronation.

Returned to Scotland in 1996. And if you think it will be returned to England for the next Coronation ... hmm...
