    The skins are long gone and the species is endangered, they may have been good shots but were too bloodthirsty for my liking! The more you look at that image the more it looks way over the top, what a dreadful and overly ostentatious room!

    The upholstery fabric is a wool cut moquette, 'Brent' design number 564.N, by Enid Marx, circa 1936. It is a red diamond pattern on a dark green and light green background. For more details and photo of the fabric see The London Transport Museum's website
