This B-52H, USAF Ser. No. 60-0006 (c/n 464372), the first B-52H to fly, was destroyed in a crash landing at Wright-Patterson AFB on May 30, 1974. Fortunately, all aboard survived. See: aviation-safety.net/wikibase/wiki.php?id=48288
