Her body was found in a creek near the village of Catskill, New York, on Sunday, July 28, 1912. August 6, 1912: "MISS DANBY COMES HOME.; Missing Mount Vernon Girl Says She Was Afraid to Return Sooner."

Per wikipedia, Baroness Maria (Mary) Vetsera was the mistress of Crown Prince Rudolf of the Austro-Hungarian empire. She was found dead along with him at the Mayerling hunting lodge. See the Mayerling Incident. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maria_Vetsera

If you look at her clothes I would think the picture was taken about 1888.

Crown Prince Rudolph was the heir to the throne of Austria-Hungary, but commited suicide along with his fiancee in 1889. HIs younger brother Franz Ferdinand became crown prince.
