He participated in the 1913 and 1921 International Polo Cup. He was the chairman of the United States Polo Association from 1921 to 1936." According to books.google.com/books?id=bA8m29zYOU4C&pg=PA119&l... Louis Stoddard played for the U.S. in an international polo competition at the Hurlingham club in England in June 1921. The Americans won the Westchester Cup. www.polomuseum.com/hall-of-fame/about has an entry for him, which has a compatible photo. Photos at nslmblog.wordpress.com/2016/03/14/an-international-polo-m... are also compatible. If it is him, his wife is the former Mary Andrews, his second wife.
