94th Aero Squadron ("Hat in the Ring Squadron"), 1st Pursuit Group, fighter pilot Samuel Kaye, Jr.'s SPAD XIII, nicknamed the "Acrobatic Easter Egg." The aircraft was reportedly painted light blue with red and white polka dots. Kaye was credited with four confirmed aerial victories during World War I.

This has got to be from the '94th' Aero Squadron, 'Hat-in-the-Ring' symbol which was based at Toul France in 1918. Think the aircraft is a SPAD XIII
