I don't read Dutch, but I don't think anybody mentioned that those are Boeing B-17 bombers that were used to bomb Germany during the war.

Yes they are B-17s, probably from the US 8th Air Force. Immediately after WWII they were used to drop food and medical supplies into Holland and other places. They were also used to ferry American P.O.W.s back to the States. My father flew home in a B-17 like this one after his P.O.W. camp was liberated.
