Looks like it says "Ortiz v. Carlos Troncoso" down at the bottom?
  • Greg said:
    Perhaps "Ortiz y Carlos" ?
  • Jesús Roberto Duarte said:
Seems to say "Ortiz y Carlos Troncoso fusilados ¨¨(fusil means rifle, therefore fusilado means rifle shooted) en la d....." The typing is very similar to that used by Waite Photo Co. Dr. Roberto Duarte Plastic Surgeon

Battle of Juarez, Insurrectos on irrigation ditch (LOC)

This photo matches with another Bains News picture entitled "federal barricade captured by insurrectos". They show the same place. Taken on Lerdo avenue; it´s a isoseles triangle shaped block (whose base is Vicente Guerrero street), Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, Mexico. I'd like to ad a photo that depicts how it looks today, but don't know how to. Dr. Roberto Duarte

@Dr. Roberto Duarte: To add a photo here, first post it on your own Flickr stream, then highlight and copy its URL. Next, paste the URL in your comment box on this page (the one you've used above, or a new one). Enclose the link in square brackets [ ], and it will appear as a photo here (but only if it links to a photo already on Flickr). As examples, I have copied the above photo here: www.flickr.com/photos/library_of_congress/2162705877/in/p... And the other Lerdo Avenue photo you mentioned, here: www.flickr.com/photos/library_of_congress/2163463378/
