The revolutionary army people were in a standby (Madero threatening if Diaz would not resign, the revolutionists will resume fighting). The "Tratados de Ciudad Juarez" were signed on June 21rst. Taken on Lerdo avenue; it´s a isoseles triangle shaped block (whose base is Vicente Guerrero street), Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, Mexico.
