    Up to may 16th Juarez was already taken by the insurrectos (Maderistas) but the peace negotiations were still takign place, Díaz resignation hadn´t been signed. The revolutionary army people were in a standby (Madero threatening if Diaz would not resign, the revolutionists will resume fighting). The "Tratados de Ciudad Juarez" were signed on June 21rst.
