Yes. MCV. The building between the site and City Hall is the Richmond Mechanics Institute.

I'm not sure this was for the factory but rather for a dealer promotion. The car is a Nissan Stanza sold in the UK from 1982 to 1986. Nissan only started production here in 1986 with the Bluebird. Nice picture.
