Lovely image. I know these are in costumes, but I am so used to seeing images of children in the UK from this era and the difference is remarkable in terms of informality.

I think the date on these photos has been transposed. I'm pretty sure the woman in the background is wearing an outfit and hairstyle from 1920. The little butterfly girl looks like a baby flapper.
