Leased from Alaska Airlines by AREA Ecuador April 1968-March 1969. To Modern Air October 1969 and registered N5603. Written off 8 Aug 1970. Crashed at Acapulco, Mexico after undershooting the runway, colliding with the approach lights and breaking apart. All 8 occupants survived.
