  That could be James Moriarty, occupation "Driver" living in the Glencar Hotel in 1901. Still there 1911. He appears a few times in the collection. catalogue.nli.ie/Record/vtls000322543

  Rodriguez Pass is a walking track linking the base of Govetts Leap to the base of Evans Lookout. Named after Tomas Ramon Rodriquez (1869-1929) born in Santo Domingo, he promoted the walking track which bears his name. Rodriquez was station master for Blackheath in 1890 also a hotel proprietor and real estate agent and councillor on the Blue Mountains Shire Council 1917-1919. Total cost of the track was 270 pounds of which the government provided a 50% subsidy; it was completed on 21st April 1900. Ref. Blue Mountains Geographical Dictionary, Brian Fox
