    According to this discussion forum Thom's directory has Nobletts there from 1922 through to 1956 and Laird's from 1922 through to 1941 (but not 1956) - presume these records aren't exhaustive though and they may have both been there earlier than that.

Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystacks and terracotta ridge tiles. Roughcast render to walls with tooled stone quoins, plinth, string course, parapet and cornice.
