    I would call this environmental logging rather than a switchboard. It looks like the model is pointing to chart recorders. Most likely, these record the temperature and humidity of the air mass around archived materials. I think of this equipment as being part of the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for the warehouse. The logs recorded on each chart confirm materials are stored within specifications. Corrections are welcomed.
