There's a rusty 'thing' sticking out where (I think) the mill would have been, behind the FIAT garage. Could it be the old wheel spindle? Streetview - goo.gl/maps/WKYPs1g8bio89M519 Edit - WRONG !

The outflow looks deliberate from the map; there's no runoff shown inline with the race.

Not the same visit as seen previously, because the houses in Montgomery Terrace have changed colour (or shades of grey) -

The hall noted is from 1887 per the NIAH

How about the S. S. 'Parisian' built 1880 ? www.robertsewell.ca/parisian.html She 'lost' a funnel in 1899 - www.titanicinquiry.org/ships/parisian.php (there is a 'Titanic' connection)
