I've added a note above on what is now Mountmellick Community Arts Centre. It used to be an art deco cinema...
The local community arts centre, a 450 seater restored art deco cinema, hosts many a play or concert throughout the year. It is also home to the Mountmellick Drama Festival which occurs every March which bring the very best in Irish amateur drama to Mountmellick. The Balcony cinema also located in the Community Arts Centre is a 134 seater theatre that hosts weekly cinema screenings. This is a great opportunity to catch a classic movie for €5 in an amazing art deco theatre.

Signs on doorway to left of car read BSA Bicycles.
According to Wikipedia, BSA made bicycles from 1880 to 1887, and then again from 1908 onwards. So given the car there, this would be after 1908.

The posters mention "Letter from Mr J Redmond" and "Home Rule Finance" London Times Saturday 27th May 1911 "The following letter from Mr John Redmond appeared in the Dublin newspapers yesterday ..." The letter mentions finance of the Home Rule Bill. There is also lots of stuff about the Imperial Conference, which had begun that week. So I'd say Friday 26th May 1911. I'd put my ~~house~~ shed on it.
