    Au centre droit, à l'horizon, on distingue la flèche du clocher de l'église du Saint-Enfant-Jésus et sa façade réalisée en 1900. Cette église, la première construite dans le secteur Mile End et construite en 1854, est toujours là, située sur rue Saint-Dominique un peu au Nord de boul. Saint-Joseph.

    The Park's architect, Frederick Law Olmsted (much better known for the design of Central Park) had this reservoir imposed upon him by Montreal City Council. See: A.L.
