    These are Camellias, not Azaleas. This is a meeting of the Men's Camellia Club. c. 1945. The growing and grafting of camellias was a very popular activity in Pensacola with thousands of growers participating in the annual Camellia Flower Show.

This photo, btw, is a duplicate of one posted 6 years ago on this flickr site. Too bad Florida Memory didn't respond to you : (
