This is Elizabeth (Betty) North (1910-1957), daughter of Morton M. Palmer (b.1875) and Alice L. Palmer (b.1889). Born Elizabeth Palmer, Betty was educated at the Low-Heywood School in Stamford, Connecticut. She married Richard N. Barnum, Jr. (1910-1979), son of Richard Nicholls Barnum (1876-1929) and Marian Hutchinson Cocks (b.1880), from Darien, CT. He was a 1934 graduate of Yale University. They divorced some years later. On November 18, 1946, in Sarasota, Florida, Elizabeth married Henry (Buddy) Ringling North (1909-1993) (born Henry Whitestone North), son of Harry Whitestone North (1858–1921) and Ida Loraina Wihelmina (Ringling) (1874–1950). He was a native of Chicago and a 1933 graduate of Yale. Henry was Vice President of Ringling Brothers Barnum and Bailey Circus. Known as Buddy, he, with his older brother, John Ringling North (1903-1985), ran the circus from 1936 to 1967. Elizabeth divorced North in 1953. They had no children. I'm almost certain those are camellia flowers, not azaleas. We used to have both camellias and azaleas at our old FL home built in 1885.
