Herbert M. Harriman (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Herbert_M._Harriman), son of Oliver Harriman, brother of J. Borden Harriman (NYT, August 13, 1916) and nephew of railroad executive E. H. Harriman (NYT, June 20, 1909). Herbert Harriman married his wife, Mae Brady Hall, a former New York Belle, in 1908 (The evening world., August 19, 1908, Final Results Edition, Page 14, with photo).
