Cap. 54, that the above-named testator, by her Will, dated the 4th day of March, 1940, after a certain pecuniary bequest and payment of her debts, funeral and testamentary expenses, directed that one moiety of the residue of her estate should be paid to the Girls' Home of Rest at Bangor, Co.
