NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to the Statute 30 and 31 Vic. Cap. 54, that the above-named testator, by her Will, dated the 4th day of March, 1940, after a certain pecuniary bequest and payment of her debts, funeral and testamentary expenses, directed that one moiety of the residue of her estate should be paid to the Girls' Home of Rest at Bangor, Co. Down, in connection with the Cripples' Institute, People's Palace and Home of Rest, and the remaining moiety to the Old Age Fund of the Presbyterian Church in Ireland.

Per the 1910 street directory at libraryireland dot com: Girls' Friendly Society Lodge, 7 College st.—Miss Prentice, hon. secretary; Miss M'Cutcheon, hon. treasurer; Miss Hutton, matron I think it is the house with the blue door in this 2014 Streetview, but that this photo is mirrored left to right (the hill is sloping the wrong way). In the 1911 census, Emily Cathrine Hutton is recorded as the Matron, GFS Lodge and has six girls boarding, from 14 to 21. Miss Hutton still matroning at the same address in 1924 per the street directory at lennon wylie, so she was matron at the time of this photo.
