The picture shows a Martin MB-2 twin-engined bomber of the early 1920s. Can be distinguished by the heavy strutting around the engine.

This is a Martin 167F-A3 (called Maryland by the British) which had survived in North Africa during the Vichy era and now still in service with the Force Aériennes Francaises. It carries typical white and black stripes clearly visible here. Not so visible is the serial number, first digit is 7, which leads me to believe it actually is No 75, known to have been in service with GB 1/34 in Nov 1944 Can this be verified from the original?
