His death is recorded as 1960 not 1970 The Times, Friday, Aug 19, 1960; pg. 12; Issue 54854; col D Category: Obituaries "Mr Pat O'Keefe, a former British middleweight boxing champion, who retired from the ring in 1918, died in hospital on Tuesday. He was 77, and was the oldest surviving British boxing champion."

The building is the Pavilion in Armagh, see this postcard which shows the pillars at the entrance. The Pavilion backed onto Lisnally lane, where the Southern regional College is now. From the Census of 1901, I'd guess Mr. J.B. Lonsdale Esq. is from the far side of Lurgan.
