Geohive is still acting up, so I can't link to it, but I think that this may be one for the no longer standing album. It may also be this house built in 1906 and 'modelled and finished after an American design' for J.S. Walford.

The catalogue page suggests 1930-1950, which looks a bit more likely to me based on the clothing than 1920-1930.
