I've never seen a small turn table off of a siding like this, I've only seen turntables in front of a roundhouse... Then again, I'm not that familiar with foreign railroads.

Just from the feel of this photo I'm betting that this is a reprint of an earlier shot; 1960 just seems to be WAY too late for this scene!

I'd subtract maybe 30 - 40 years from that.
