" Inigo Jones became interested in long range forecasting during the time he worked with Wragge, who had picked up ideas on planetary effects on climate at the 1891 world meteorology conference at Munich, Germany. Jones’ prediction of the end of a prolonged drought brought him to the attention of the media. His forecasts and articles were widely published in newspapers throughout Australia from then up until the time of his death in 1954." en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hank_Ketcham_(American_football) (with football) Copy of this photo at www.fanbase.com/Carl-Gallauer-Jr indicates names for others: Carl Gallauer, Jr. Jesse Spalding Douglas Bomeisler (not Baumeister) Dr. William T. Bull

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Douglas_Bomeisler has a compatible photo and states that he was an assistant coach at Yale in 1913.
More Bain pictures of Spalding/Spaulding are at:

The correct spelling seems to be without the "u". See www.fanbase.com/Jesse-Spalding and his NYT obituary of July 19, 1934
