That would be Minas Geraes - I believe the "A" looks like an "R" in this photo of the Brazilian battleship by that name.

Yeah, nice boat, but . . . the old Colgate factory in Jersey City is in the background. The original (1906) Colgate clock is barely visible. It was replaced w/ the current Colgate clock in 1924. The 1906 clock was moved to a factory in Indiana and is still standing ticking.
