Looks like Dalkey quarry - where the rock for Dun Laoghaire harbour came from.

I think the large house with the towers at left is Ardbrugh House from 1840 (on Ardbrugh Road).

Down in the village, I can see a shop with a very fancy gable end selling Lipton's tea. Streetview says it is a newsagent now, bu more importantly show a date on the gable of 1894. I think the shop is called Leinster House?
