Seems like Mrs. R. H. Davis is Mrs. Richard Harding Davis. Harding's second wife was Bessie McCoy (c1886-1931), a Vaudeville performer--they wed in 1899, he died 1916. Harding was a journalist associated with the Hearst papers, but he also wrote a lot of stories that were adapted for Broadway shows. www.ibdb.com/person.php?id=68280 www.nndb.com/people/398/000048254/ Bessie's sister in show business was called Nellie McCoy. www.ibdb.com/person.php?id=52211

Thanks pennylrichardsca for the additional information. I spoke to someone who knows vaudeville performers and he confirmed that this is Bessie McCoy on the left and Nellie McCoy on the right.
