It's Bostock & Wombwell's Circus and Menagerie I've researched part of their Australasian Tour. They were in New Zealand in 1906 and gifted a young one year old Lion to the City of Wellington. They auctioned off the animals on the Australasian Tour in November 1906 in Australia. I'm not certain if it was Melbourne or Sydney including a 35 year old Asiatic Elephant named Alice. I'm hoping the elephant is Alice in the photos. Bostock & Wombwell were long established in the UK as I recall from around 1825
