    Although almost invisible this must be the Friedrichshafen FF 33e '841' Wölfchen on board ship. This might be a picture of the festivities when the ship Wolf and the Wölfchen came back after their 64000 mile journey over the world seas. Remark at lower right the brass band and also the many civilians on board.

    The quadruple wing Friedrichshafen FF 54. As it was never acquired by the iDFlieg (Inspektion der Fliegertruppe) it never acquired an official D identification. The machine had only the factory identification FF 54. Comparing this picture to another side view of the same machine shows a difference in the tail / rudder section. There was probably some active development to improve the in flight stability of the machine.
