This photo was displayed in The Sunday Oregonian. (Portland, Ore.) 1881-current, September 15, 1912, SECTION FIVE, Image 63 with the caption: "Frank Andrews, an inventor of Lebanon, Ohio, has just perfected a process for conquering heat. His product is now ready for the market and housewives who have worried over the high cost of keeping things cool in the Summer time will be able to save half the amount of their ice bill, according to the inventor. It is liquid which, sprayed on a thermometer, froze the mercury in the bulb at a temperature of 75 decrees minus with four applications. Mr. Andrews Is also the Inventor of the anti-boil and anti-freeze solution, which is used to keep automobile engines cool in Summer and from freezing in Winter."
