Belvedere Station Waggon is a new arrival on display in an Elizabeth Street showroom. It is an attractive little vehicle and evidently has feminine appeal as it catches the eye of most of the women passing by. The back seat folds down to give flat floor luggage space equivalent to a small utility truck with a door at the back similar to the front ones. It is claimed that the 6.7 hp 4cyl ohv engine, will pull a 6cwt load plus driver with a petrol economy of 50 miles per gallon. Price is approximately £650 including tax, and only a few are expect ed this year.'

NOBLE BAND OF HELPERS These women go right into the homes of the stricken and render aid which is of immense value in saving life. Where the whole of the family is laid helpless, the homes are cleaned, children and patients bathed and made as comfortable as possible. Is it just an illusion or do the two front tyres not match each other at all?

No it is not. As can be seen it is a former Italian aircraft taken over by the Luftwaffe during the second half of 1943, The M.M. (Matricula Militare) number seems to be 6023 or something like that, making it a rather old Fiat G.50bis. Can the number be verified? Stig
