The date of build is written on the building, so it can't be as early as 1895.

InTheMist Thank you for your interest! You're right, this particular station was built in 1906, and it is clearly labeled on the station. However, Flickr will not let us put a date-range of several years in the actual photographic information for the photograph, only a circa date for a single year. Because of this limitation, we typically put a circa date with the first year of the date-range we believe the series of photographs were taken, and insert the full date information in the notation for the photograph. This series of photographs were taken between 1895 and 1910. Without any additional information, we cannot pin down a specific year for this photograph, however I will contact the curator who is familiar with this collection item and pass along your observation to them. As a result, we might be able to nail down the date-range with a bit more certainty. Thank you again for your input - we always value any information people might be able to give us that helps us identify some of the activities, locations, people, etc. in the photographs that we put up!
