An Egyptian Scarab, possibly a pendant, with a distinctive boat design on the right. There are four people on the boat, two in a tent or enclosure with royal-looking headgear, and two attendants outside on the boat, and maybe a cat(?) at the front. The two hieroglyphic inscriptions on the 'wing covers' (left) are encircled, which means they are peoples' names, and should be translatable by an expert.

The cartouches on this scarab contain the names of king Rameses II of the 19th dynasty.
